Megan’s Mission:

Welcome to my blog! Throughout 2021 and now into 2022, I am a woman of God, sent on a mission for the Lord. In 2021 that mission took me all the way to South Africa for 3 months. Not only was it an incredible adventure, but God has called me once again to live abroad traveling from South Africa, to Lesotho, and then to Namibia for the first 6 months of this year.

If you would’ve asked me a year ago what I would have planned for my life, I would not have guessed that it would be flying across as a missionary. On the other hand, it is usually when we are pulled out of our comfort zones, that God works in the most unexpected ways, reveals to us the true desires of our heart, and leads us where we never thought before.

Well since the moment I was in 8thgrade and told God, “If You give me a story, I will give you my life,” my purpose has remained the same. To share the story God has written on my heart and to help those who are hurting to find hope in Him and after much prayer and fasting God continues calling me out into the unknown. I have no clue what this year is going to have in store, or what God has in store for my life, but my heart’s desire is this: If God has chosen to use me and has called me out into the unknown, then let my life and let my testimony be nothing but a vessel. A vessel that impacts many or simply impacts one life for the Kingdom of God and may that one turn and do the same for one more.

As it says in Matthew 25:40, “…Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.”

Jesus is my everything and I just want to do all that I can while I can to show those around me that there is so much more to this life than what is before them. To shine the light God has placed inside me and bring glory to the Kingdom one life at a time. I can’t wait to see what God will do and what He continues to teach me through this opportunity, and I want to thank you for being a part of it!
